You would like to take on some of the planning yourselves but still need a few service providers, or you are in the midst of planning and some assistance moving forward?
In addition to complete planning, I also offer you the option of partial planning.

The partial wedding planning includes the following areas:
- Venue search: Finding the perfect venue for your wedding is not always easy, especially since sought-after wedding locations are often booked well in advance. This means a lot of research, attending viewings, comparing prices and negotiating for couples. I`m happy to take on this task for you, aligning with your wishes, preferences, budget and presenting you with a suitable selection of available wedding venues.
- Vendor refferal: Wo does what: If you're still in need of a few service providers for your wedding - whether it's a photographer, DJ, baker or a mobile cocktail bar - I am happy to recommend the right partners. I'll provide you with 2-3 suggestions for each service based on your relevant information and preferences, checking their availability in advance.
- Wedding Design - Adding your personal touch: A wedding design allows you to give your wedding a very personal and individual look! If you have many ideas but somehow can't find a "red" thread for your concept, I can help. As a wedding planner, I `m familiar with current trends, ideas and inspirations and I `ll assist you with my creativity to reflect your very own look. I `ll create a digital mood board and provide recommendations for florals, decor and stationary to complete the entire wedding design.
- Stationary Advice - The first impression counts: Stationary is one of the most important aspects of a wedding concept and shapes the entire appearance of your wedding. It starts with the Save-The-Date Card, extends into the decor and florals and concludes with the Thank-You Card. I am happy to to advise you on the selection of paper, color and font type and we `ll coordinate everything with the respective service provider.
On the day coordination - Your Wedding Day Manager

As your wedding day manager I accompany and coordinate your wedding day. I am the constant point of contact for your guests and service providers, ensuring a smooth flow of events.
After our initial meeting, I will get an overview of all service providers and contracts. Subsequently, I will create a timeline for the wedding day based on this informations.
My responsibilities as your wedding day manager include:
- Free, non-binding initial meeting
- Gaining an overview of al your wedding service providers
- Creating a timeline for your wedding day
- Briefing and guiding all service providers on-site
- Assisting in the selection and verification of table decor
- Distributing guest gifts
- Managing the guest book and receiving gifts
- Compiling and having an "emergency kit" ready for unexpected incidents
- Assisting with the set-up and clean-up of the wedding venue
- Being the point of contact for you, your guest and all service providers during the wedding celebration

Planning your own wedding? Fantastic! In my workshop, I "ll show you how to do it and what you should consider in the preparation and execution so that everything runs smoothly on this special day.
I will create a a personalized wedding concept for you and provide you with all the necessary checklists for your planning. Of course, I will take into account your wishes, preferences and budget constraints.
